just come bk with jy steph stan n zj...went town happy yet sadden to meet them...as usual the jokes on me wat to do this will go on for ages no matter how unhappy i am this won end unless i slim dw....i gettin crazy soon le weight is not goin dw...still stucked,,,,argh...my bday is comin n i not losing at all....argh HELP....!!!!!
i wanna wear pretty n look slim argh...tml must go gym jogging must lose as much as i can...think i goin to exercise abt 4 days a wk at hg gym....aft wk must go gym....i goin nuts le....just now had a heartfelt talk with adeline...finallt i decided i'm gonna start my plans soon....
think i gonna go exercise on wed thurs sat n sun....more exercise timesthe faster i slim dw...i must jiayou le....cannt be a fat ass anymore...must look pretty asap....i dun want to look n feel inferior n be so low self confident anymore....i need more will power n perserverance....ARGH...!!!!!!!

last fri met ros, ying , bing at city hall aft wk then we went to xing wang tea house for our dinner...i order baked spaghetti with pork chop...yummy...haha...we took lots of photos over at the restaurant then we went ard suntec to shop ard....then we took lots of pics at the fountain and outside the fountain...
